    • Found code P0135 for oxygen sensor heater circuit bank 1 sensor 1, code P0141 for oxygen sensor heater circuit bank 1 sensor 2, code P0155 for oxygen sensor heater circuit bank 2 sensor 1, code P0161 for oxygen sensor heater circuit bank 2 sensor 2, code P0403 for EGR A control circuit/open, and code P0443 for evap purge control valve "A" circuit. Found fuse 42 in battery junction box to be blown due to short in wiring harness. Also found short in wiring harness has taken out ground signal for evap purge valve. Recommend remove and replace main engine harness, engine PCM with used PCM since new PCM is no longer available, program 2 new keys from dealer to vehicle after harness and PCM install, clear check engine light and road test the vehicle. Emission monitors have ran, perform smog inspection.

    • Replace engine harness from pcm to oxygen sensors and other components
    • Program PCM with ford software
    • Smog inspection and certificate if passes

    • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Preform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle.
    • 1. Found brake light switch to be bad not giving power to brake lights. Recommend remove and replace brake light switch and test. 2. Replace ignition lock cylinder and rekey key to old key. After installation still found shift interlock solenoid to be bad. Upon removal of shift interlock solenoid, found solenoid to be bad because bushing in steering column that holds interlock in place when in drive to be worn allowing key to be removed when vehicle is in drive. Recommend remove and replace steering column with used assy, install new shift interlock solenoid and ignition lock cylinder into used steerin column and test.

    • Rekey old ignition key to new lock cylinder
    • STEERING COLUMN – Remove & Replace – Column Shift

    • Found code P0456 for very small evap leak. Smoke check vehicle through service port on engine and no smoke leak found at this time. Found fuel filler neck with spring loaded fuel door flap to be bad due to fuel door flap being stuck in closed position at all time. Recommend remove and replace fuel filler neck, clear check engine light and road test. All monitors including evap have run at this time.

    • Found battery to be bad, only holding 200 out of 590 cca. Recommend remove battery and test. After replacement found code P0101 for mass air flow sensor circuit fault, and code P0123 for throttle position sensor circuit fault. Found long term fuel trim at 23 percent at idle after running for 2 minutes. Found oil separator to have vacuum leak causing code P0101. Also found throttle plate not to close all the way causing long term fuel trim to be high. Recommend remove and replace oil separator (crankcase vent valve), replace throttle body assembly, clear check engine light and road test. Long term fuel trim at 2% now at idle, within specs.

    • Remove and re install four wheels and rear brake drums to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Lining remaining is: Front ( 60 %) Rear ( 0 %) Rear brakes grinding metal to metal, recommend rear brake job including rear disc rotors.
    • Replace front brake pad linings. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. . Road test vehicle.
