Found code P0299 for turbo underboost condition. Checked desired boost pressure is way above actual boost pressure. Remove turbo bypass valve and found diaphragm in turbo bypass valve to be broken. Recommend remove and replace bypass turbo valve and road test. Desired turbo pressure and actual boost pressure are now matching when driving.

Found water pump to be leaking engine coolant. Water pump is driven by timing belt and underneath timing cover. Recommend remove and replace water pump, timing belt and tensioner, add coolant and repressure check the cooling system. No further leaks at this time.

Found number 1 cylinder to have a misfire. Found number one ignition coil to be bad causing misfire and caused number one spark plug to wear. Recommend remove and replace number one ignition coil and plug, clear computer memory and road test the vehicle.

Remove rear cab window and seal the rear cab window, also remove third brake light and install new seal for third brake light, so that there is no more rain water leak from rear window of the cab coming inside the cab. Also remove the wiper to make sure cowling is not blocked by debris and drain is clear for rain water to drain, remove and install wiper arm assembly
