- Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Preform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle.
- Check for blower motor not working, found blower fan motor burnt and fan motor resistor pigtail harness bad, recommend replacing fan blower motor, blower fan resister and pigtail harness for blower fan resistor block.
- BLOWER MOTOR SPEED CONTROLLER – Remove & Replace – Front
- BLOWER MOTOR ASSEMBLY – Remove & Replace – Main
