- Found exhaust manifold gasket to be leaking. When removing exhaust manifold from cylinder head, one exhaust bolt broke off inside head due to age and rust. Customer approved helicoil kit to drill out exhaust bolt and helicoil new threads to install new exhaust bolt to attach exhaust manifold to cylinder head with new exhaust gasket.
- EXHAUST MANIFOLD &/OR GASKET – Remove & Replace – [Includes: Separating Manifolds and transferring components (when necessary).]
- Drill one exhaust broken bolt from head which holds manifold to the engine block
- Mount and balance two new tires
- California disposal fee
- Federal disposal fee
- Replace air intake hose
