- Diagnostic Fee Check for noise coming from fan belt area when vehicle is running. Drop the fan and check for noise, found alternator is making noise,m also belt tensioner is bouncing and idler pulleys making noise, recommend replacing alternator fan belt pulley tensioner set. Test the system again.
