- Found code P2440 for secondary air injection switching valve stuck open bank 1. Customer said he had switching valve and air pump replaced at another shop over a year ago. Found secondary air injection pump to be bad caused switching valve to be stuck. Parts that were installed were aftermarket, customer has been advised to replace left side air injection pump and air injection check valve with toyota parts per TSB 0160-11. Clear check engine light after installation, air injection monitor has run and completed at this time.
