- Found no power to starter. Found code P0706 for transmission range sensor rationality. Hook up scanner and found vehicle to always saying its in neutral even when vehicle is physically in park. Recommend remove and replace transmission range sensor (neutral safety switch), clear check engine light and road test the vehicle.
