- Found code P0135 for oxygen sensor heater circuit bank 1 sensor 1, code P0141 for oxygen sensor heater circuit bank 1 sensor 2, code P0155 for oxygen sensor heater circuit bank 2 sensor 1, code P0161 for oxygen sensor heater circuit bank 2 sensor 2, code P0403 for EGR A control circuit/open, and code P0443 for evap purge control valve "A" circuit. Found fuse 42 in battery junction box to be blown due to short in wiring harness. Also found short in wiring harness has taken out ground signal for evap purge valve. Recommend remove and replace main engine harness, engine PCM with used PCM since new PCM is no longer available, program 2 new keys from dealer to vehicle after harness and PCM install, clear check engine light and road test the vehicle. Emission monitors have ran, perform smog inspection.

- Program PCM with ford software
- Smog inspection and certificate if passes
